ScraperCity for marketing teams

Build target-account and persona lists for campaigns at scale. Define the account set, match the buying committee, enrich the fields your campaigns need, and validate before every send.

A marketing team builds lists for programs, not for a single rep's week. Demand gen needs a broad, well-scoped audience. ABM needs a fixed account set with the right personas matched into it. Field and lifecycle need invite lists and nurture segments that stay tied to their accounts from the first touch to the follow-up. All of it has to land in the CRM and marketing-automation platform clean enough that campaigns fire without bounces or broken merge fields. ScraperCity puts list building, enrichment, and validation on one pay-per-use account, so a whole team works from the same wallet with no per-seat cost.

What we see effective marketing teams do

Every list on ScraperCity is built through our platform, so we can see how the teams that run campaigns without list rot actually work. The patterns are consistent:

A worked example: an ABM campaign to a defined account set

Say the team has committed to a named set of mid-market accounts for the quarter and needs a campaign that reaches the buying committee at each one. Here is the path from the account list to segments loaded in the automation platform.

  1. Fix the account universe. Start from firmographics, industry, company size, and region, to describe the accounts the program is funded to pursue, then lock that set as the fixed universe every contact on the campaign will be anchored to.
  2. Match the personas. Layer the marketing, growth, and operations titles you sell to across that account set, so each company returns the several contacts that make up its committee rather than a single name.
  3. Fill the campaign fields. Run the segment through the Lead Enrichment Tool to populate the company and contact fields your merge tags and routing rules depend on, paying only for the fields that are found.
  4. Close the email gaps. For any record that came back without an address, send the name and domain through the Email Finder at $0.05 per email found (FREE if not found), so the committee is complete before the segment ships.
  5. Validate, then sync. Sweep the full segment through the Email Validator at $0.0072 per email to strip risky addresses, then export a clean CSV and import it into the CRM and marketing-automation platform as the campaign audience.

The account set stays the anchor the whole way through, so the invite, the follow-up, and the later nurture all run against the same clean segments instead of a fresh upload each time.
