Pick the signal you want to sell on

A company spending on ads has money set aside for growth. When a company posts a job, it is adding people to a team. Signals finds both and hands you one row per company.

Companies running ads

Type a keyword and a place, such as roofing in Denver, to get the businesses advertising for it. Or bring a list of websites and learn which ad platforms each one is buying on.

  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
  • Google
  • LinkedIn
  • TikTok, for ads shown in EU countries, the UK, Switzerland and Turkey

Companies hiring

Enter a role like Sales Development Representative and pull the companies that posted it on LinkedIn Jobs or Indeed. Choose postings from the last 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days, with Indeed capped at 14 days.

  • Narrow the search to a city, state or region
  • Staffing and recruiting agencies stay out unless you ask for them
  • See the number of open jobs at each company

When an ad counts as running

Each platform reports ads a little differently, so Signals uses one rule per platform.

PlatformIncluded when
Meta (Facebook and Instagram)The ad is active
GoogleThe ad was shown within the last 30 days
LinkedInThe ad ran within the last 30 days
TikTokThe ad is active (EU countries, the UK, Switzerland and Turkey)

How a search runs

  1. Open Signals in your dashboard and choose ads or hiring.
  2. For ads, enter a keyword and location, or paste or upload the websites you want checked. For hiring, enter the job title, how recent the postings should be and where the jobs are.
  3. Optionally turn on Replace contacts who have left.
  4. Give it 5 to 15 minutes in most cases, then download the CSV.

Someone to email at each company

Signals looks up every company's website in the ScraperCity Lead Database. Where it finds a match, the row gets a decision maker's name, email, job title and LinkedIn profile, so you can start outreach from the same file.

Replace contacts who have left

People change jobs. Switch this on and Signals checks each contact before the file is delivered, swapping anyone who has moved on for the person in that role now. It is unlimited and free on the $649/mo plan. On other plans each replaced contact costs $0.02.

Who uses Signals

Marketing and ad agencies

A business already paying for Facebook or Google ads has a budget for marketing. Search your niche and city, open their ads from the library links, and write a pitch about what they are running.

B2B sales teams

Hiring for a role often brings new tools and services for that team. Search the job title your product serves and contact the company while the posting is new.

Recruiters and staffing firms

Pull employers with open roles in your specialty and area, with agencies filtered out, and reach a decision maker at each one.

Anyone ranking a prospect list

Upload the websites you already plan to contact and see which of them are advertising right now. Call the active spenders first.
