Use case

Find decision makers

Identify the people who own the buying decision at each account, with verified emails and mobile numbers attached.

The problem

You have a list of target accounts, but a company is not a person you can email. Finding the VP of Sales or the CRO one account at a time, then hunting for a real email and a phone that connects, is the slow part of outbound. Generic contact forms and info@ addresses do not reach the buyer.

The other trap is reaching the wrong level. A single company holds a coordinator, a manager, a director, a VP, and a C-level owner of the same problem, and only two or three of them actually sign. Guessing wastes sequence slots on people who cannot say yes, so the work is to name the right seniority at each account and then get a real email and mobile for exactly those people.

How ScraperCity solves it

Go from a company to the right person, then to a verified email and mobile, in one pass.

A worked example

Say you sell to revenue leaders and you have 200 target accounts. Here is the run, start to finish.

  1. 1. Define the account list

Paste in your 200 company domains, or filter the B2B database by industry, country, and company size to build the list from scratch. This is your set of accounts to work.

  2. 2. Pull the buying committee by seniority

For each account, filter to the seniority bands that decide: Director, VP, and C-suite in the revenue function, plus a finance stakeholder. Two to four names per account covers the economic buyer, the champion, and the person who signs. On our platform, Director, VP, and Manager are the three most-requested bands by a wide margin, so this is the same cut most teams make.

  3. 3. Attach a verified email and mobile

Run the Email Finder ($0.05 per email found (FREE if not found)) and Mobile Finder ($0.25 per number found (FREE if not found)) across the names. Both charge only when they return a verified result, so the people with no reachable contact cost you nothing.

  4. 4. Validate before you send

Emails are checked so a dead address never reaches your sequencer, and you can run the whole list back through the email validator. You load a clean, reachable buying committee into your sequencer or dialer instead of a pile of company names.

What you end up with

A CSV of the buying committee at each account: name, title, company, a verified email, and a mobile number, ready to load into your sequencer or dialer.
