Use case

Skip tracing at scale

Turn a list of names and addresses into current phones and emails across billions of public records.

The problem

You have a list of names and addresses, but no way to reach any of them. People move, numbers change, and old contact fields go dead. Tracing records one at a time on a consumer lookup site is slow and expensive, and it does not scale to the thousands of records collections teams, investigators, and real estate operators work through every week.

How ScraperCity solves it

Trace one record or a full batch, then attach a verified mobile number for direct contact.

People Finder
$0.0199 per result (searches with 0 matches are billed as 1 result)

Locate a person by name, phone, email, or address and pull matching public-record detail, even when your starting information is thin.

Skip Trace
$0.0199 per result (searches with 0 matches are billed as 1 result)

Turn a single name and address into current phone numbers and emails, the core lookup for one record at a time.

Bulk Skip Trace

Upload a file of names and addresses and trace the list in one run, matched against billions of records. Built for volume.

Mobile Finder
$0.25 per number found (FREE if not found)

Attach a verified mobile number to each traced record from a profile URL or email, so your list is ready to call or text.

A batch, start to finish

Say you start with a spreadsheet of 1,000 names and last-known addresses and no working phone numbers. Here is the run, end to end.

  1. 1. Upload the list

Drop the CSV into Bulk Skip Trace with a name column and an address column. The whole file runs as a single job, so there is nothing to trace one row at a time.

  2. 2. Each row returns a shortlist to confirm

A successful search returns a shortlist of candidate records per row, pulled from public records: phone numbers, current and prior addresses, and related contact detail. A row that finds nothing is billed as a single result at $0.0199, never per candidate.

  3. 3. Confirm the live contact

Pick the candidate whose address history and details line up with your target, and you have a current phone number and email for that person instead of a dead field.

  4. 4. Attach a mobile where one exists (optional)

Run Mobile Finder on the confirmed rows to look up a verified mobile at $0.25 per number found (FREE if not found). Not every record has a mobile on file, so this adds a direct-dial number where one is available rather than to every row.

What you end up with

A CSV where each confirmed row carries a current phone number and email, ready to hand to your dialer or outreach team. Where a mobile is on file, Mobile Finder attaches a verified direct number too. A stale list of names and old addresses becomes a working contact list.

What we see teams do at volume

Every skip trace on ScraperCity runs through our platform, so we can see how the collections, investigations, and real estate teams that work these lists at volume actually run them.
